The songs might not be memorable or foot tapping. In terms of novelty factor there is nothing much new to be seen in terms of visual treats.

This movie needed a grand epic style of war scene in the finale, just like how 'Bahubali: The Beginning' had in it.Īlso, the movie is bit lengthy and needed to be trimmed down in middle portions. The movie keeps wobbling in the middle portions and ends up delivering repetitive planning and plotting scenes. The grandness, novelty factor and high octane action in the finale portions was not up to the mark.
The action in the last part is good, but nowhere to match up to the level of the action shown in 'Bahubali: The Beginning'. Subbaraju lend good support.ĭue to the grand expectations, the finale track ends up on an underwhelming note. Sathyaraj was enjoyable and carried the most important scene of the film. Ramya Krishnan does good blend of power and emotions in her character. Her dramatic scenes are among her best scenes. Anushka Shetty looks good in her younger avatar. He does the action part with total grace and conviction. His presence matches up to the grand screen personality. Prabhas as Amarendra Bahubali is super solid. The drama highly works in the main portions of the film. This time he focuses more on the drama and less on the creativity. Out here also, he keeps you intrigued in the film and keeps adding the glamour, style and cinematic values in every scene of the film. Rajamouli has proved with his last films that when it comes to story narration, he is among the master story tellers from our country. The background music is outstanding.ĭirector S.S. The music by M.M, Keeravani is fine and goes well with the flow of the film. The cinematography by K.K Senthil Kumar matches up to the outstanding level created by 'Bahubali: The Beginnig'. The grand canvas shown in the film makes it look like an international venture. These scenes keep you glued to the silver screen and keeps raising your expectation level. There are many engaging scenes which are totally entertaining as well as intriguing. Prabhas' controlling the elephant is grandly shot and is apt for the beginning of such movies. The first half is totally engaging as well as entertaining. The story starts with a brilliant visual introduction scene narrating the highlights of its predecessor. Shivagami promise Bhallala Deva and sends the marriage proposal to Devasena and this leads to humungous enimity between Bhallala Deva and Amarendra Bahubali.
Bhallala Deva expresses his desire to marry Devasena, so that he could create a split between Shivagami and Amarendra. On the other side Sivagami's husband Bijjaladeva (Nassar) and their son Bhallala Deva (Rana Duggubati) starts scheming against Amarendra. Amarendra falls in love with Devasena and keeps fooling her by acting as a mentally retarded guy. Amarendra and Kattapa disguised themselves as a common man and meet Princess Devasena (Anushka Shetty). Sivagami advices Amarendra and his loyal aid Kattapa (Sathyaraj) to venture into the kingdom and the areas nearby in order to understand the needs and requirements of their subjects. 'Bahubali 2: The Conclusion' continues the tale of Amarendra Bahubali (Prabhas), who has been announced as the next king of Mahishmati Kingdom by Queen mother Sivagami (Ramya).
The expectation level are sky high and audience cannot wait to see the conclusion part of this most expensive movie made in our country. The makers took two long years to complete the movie and released its sequel ‘Bahubali 2: The Conclusion’. The audience were overwhelmed by the movie and wanted to see more of it as soon as possible. 'Bahubali: The Beginning' surprised the Hindi film audience due to its larger than life type of grandeur, extra ordinary special effects, breath taking action and the fantastic vision of the director followed by the brilliant marketing strategy.
